Where we ship

United States only for now. We would rather ship well to one country than badly to thirty. If you are outside the US and want to be told when that changes, email us and we will keep a list.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon go out Monday.
• Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Free on every order.
• Expedited: 2 business days after dispatch, at cost, selectable at checkout.

You will get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned, not when it is created. A label sitting in a warehouse is not a shipped order and we will not pretend otherwise.

If your dog needs it sooner

If something has happened suddenly, a fall, a diagnosis, a surgery date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you in time. Sometimes the honest answer is that a local pet supply store can help you faster today, and we would rather say that.

If something goes wrong in transit

Lost, stolen, or damaged on the way to you is our problem, not yours. Tell us and we will send a replacement. We do not require a police report or a signed statement.
